Gina is a GGS Certified Menopause Coaching Specialist, Personal Trainer, Lifestyle Weight Management Coach, and author 📖 dedicated to helping women thrive through menopause and beyond. After spending over 15 years in neuroscience administration 🧠, she took a leap of faith 🙌 to follow her true calling—women’s wellness.

As a mom of two incredible young adults 💕, Gina understands the challenges of balancing work, family, and self-care—while also navigating the deeply personal journey of returning to faith ✝️. When her children were younger, she faced the ups and downs of co-parenting 👨🏾‍🦱👩🏽‍🦱👧🏽, learning through challenges and mistakes while growing in resilience and grace 💪. These experiences shaped her compassionate and holistic approach to coaching, reinforcing her belief that every challenge is an opportunity for growth 🌱.

Gina knows that every woman’s journey is unique, and each woman’s needs must be met with care and intention 🌼. That’s why her program is designed to educate and empower women in the areas of nutrition 🥗, mental health 💭, movement 🏃‍♀️, the menopause transition, and so much more.

Success Story

A 30-year-old mother of three, Danielle, suffers from Ankylosing Spondylitis, an inflammatory disease, and required relief from this condition. We reviewed and discussed the types of foods she would need to avoid that could trigger inflammation. I also educated Danielle about the importance of staying healthy and the specific exercises she would need to do to remain so, especially considering her condition. After receiving medical clearance, Danielle was allowed to perform certain exercises aimed at maintaining healthy joints, including full body stretching designed for individuals living with arthritis and joint pain.
